Limited and Jardine Fleming Kinz Limited (``the companies'') Notice of Intention to Remove the Companies From the Register Notice is hereby given that an application to remove JF Investments N.Z. Limited and Jardine Fleming Kinz Limited from the Register will be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that they have no surplus assets after paying their debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the companies into liquidation. Any objection under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 to the removal of the companies from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar not later than the 19th day of March 1999.
