George Consultancy Limited Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From the Register Take notice that the shareholders of George Consultancy Limited, having its registered office at 10 Greystoke Lane, Christchurch, intend to apply to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies under section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 for an order putting the company into liquidation.
