Isaac Wildlife Trust Notice of Application for Approval of a Scheme Under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 Pursuant to the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 Notice is hereby given that Lady Isaac, Allan William Jones and Robert Geoffrey McGregor Clarke, as trustees of the Isaac Wildlife Trust, have filed in the office of the High Court at Christchurch, an application for approval of a scheme varying the terms of the Isaac Wildlife Trust (``the trust''). Under the current provisions of the trust, the purpose of the trust is the preservation and conservation of wildlife and Lady Isaac has a central role as trustee of the trust. Under the scheme, the purpose of the trust will be expanded so as to include the conservation of buildings of historic and aesthetic significance and the contents of those buildings vested in the trust. Under the scheme, the future mode of administration of the trust will be varied to establish appropriate provisions to apply upon the retirement of Lady Isaac as trustee, including more detailed provisions as to the future appointment of trustees, the conduct of meetings and the exercise of the trustees' powers. Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General approving the scheme may be inspected free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Christchurch or at the offices of Lane Neave Ronaldson, solicitors for the trustees, Level Fifteen, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch. The application has been set down for a hearing in the High Court at Christchurch on Tuesday, 7 December 1999 at 9.00 a.m. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Christchurch, and to D.
