Notification of Ordinary Rules Pursuant to section 34 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of the ordinary rules, set out in the Schedule hereto, which rules shall come into force as stated in the Schedule. Civil Aviation Rules Part 125: Air Operations Medium Aeroplanes, Amendment 1 which shall come into force on 21 October 1999. Civil Aviation Rules Part 129: Foreign Air Transport Operator Certification, Amendment 1 which shall come into force on 21 October 1999. Civil Aviation Rules Part 135: Air Operations Helicopters and Small Aeroplanes, Amendment 7 which shall come into force on 21 October 1999.
