Transport Commercial Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of July 1999, Deborah Jane Muir and John Joseph Cregten, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Transport Commercial Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated on the 3rd day of October 1991, given by that company, and a subsequent assignment dated on the 3rd day of May 1999, to replace Rodney Gane Partington and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants of Auckland. The property in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
