The official assignee was appointed as liquidator. On the 27th day of July 1999 at a duly convened meeting of creditors, Graeme George McDonald and Leearna Michelle Waghorne, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally, as liquidators of the above-named company in place of the official assignee.
