Moffett Blair Publishing Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 18th day of June 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Moffett Blair Publishing Limited be liquidated and that Jacqueline Grace Trifunovich, chartered accountant of Trifunovich & Co, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of June1999. Note: The company is solvent and the liquidation is being undertaken soley for the purpose of simplification of the affairs of the shareholders.
