Doors Plus Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims On the 20th day of May 1999, the above company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, to be liquidated and appointed Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator. The liquidator of Doors Plus Limited (in liquidation), fixes the 22nd day of June 1999, as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, or from objecting to the distribution.
