Allied Document Storage & Management Limited (in liquidation) and Allied International Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators On the 23rd day of March 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Allied Document Storage & Management Limited (in liquidation) and Allied International Limited (in liquidation) be liquidated and that David Ward and John Fokerd, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed liquidators. These liquidations are being undertaken to remove solvent, non-trading companies from the Allied trading group.
