Amending a Notice of Road Stopped in Otorohanga District Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes part of the notice dated 22 February 1993, stopping road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 February 1993, No. 25 at page 541, by deleting paragraph (i) and substituting it with the following: (i) The areas of stopped road firstly and secondly described, now known together as Section 5, S.O. 46998, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 7B/624, South Auckland Land Registry.
