Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Mount Maunganui Fire Station Site Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the reserve for a fire station described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the said land may be disposed of by the New Zealand Fire Service Commission, in such manner and for such price or other consideration and on such terms and conditions as the Commission shall determine, with the net proceeds of sale applied to the Reserve Fund of the Commission.
