Notice of Intention to Take Land Between Harewood Road and Hacks Road, Christchurch, for Airport Purposes Notice is hereby given that Christchurch International Airport Limited under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, intends to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for airport purposes, to be used for a C.A.D. Rescue Fire Training Area and future airport development. The taking is considered necessary for airport purposes and future airport development. Any person having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 working days after the date of this notice send an objection to the Registrar, Environment Court, Department of Courts, Tribunal Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing. Schedule Canterbury Land District Christchurch City 1. All that land containing 2.1911 hectares or thereabouts being undeveloped as a road, not legalised as a road and remaining vacant land, situated in Block VI, Christchurch Survey District, being part of deeds index C2782 (75D/911) and shown as areas B, C, K and M on S.O. Plan 15593 and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch. 2. All that land containing 1012 square metres or thereabouts being Lot 86 on Deposited Plan 334 and being all the land contained in certificate of title 392/210 and shown as area ``D'' on S.O. Plan 15593 and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch. A copy of the plan may be inspected at the office of Messrs Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
