Classification of a Reserve and Declaration of Land to be Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto was passed by The Manukau City Council at its meeting on the 10th day of June 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau City Council hereby declares the land described as part Lot 3, D.P. 41206, comprising 1.2292 hectares, and being all the land contained in certificate of title 4A/167 to be a local purpose (community buildings) reserve''.
