Land Acquired for Road Kirkwood/Omahu Roads, Hastings District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah Caroline Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road, which shall vest in The Hastings District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
