Declaration That Land in Wilson Road North, Maketu, be Local Purpose (Community Use) Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the 5th day of February 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (community use) reserve, within the meaning of the said Act''.
