Notice Excluding Land From a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (5) (a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori reservation, in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby excluded from the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as part Opuatia No. 18 Block which was set aside for the purpose of a meeting place and papakainga for the common use and benefit of the owners, the subtribes Ngati Kaiaua, Ngati Tipa, Ngati Rangiwahitu of the tribe Ngati Tipa by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 156, pages 41414142 of the 7th day of September 1989 and New Zealand Gazette, No. 48, page 9447 of the 4th day of July 1946.
