Notice Redefining the Purposes for Which a Maori Reservation is Set Apart Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 18, page 337 of 11 February 1993, is hereby redefined as being for the purposes of a wahitapu. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Blocks III and IV, Muriwhenua Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 3.5410 Te Neke and being all the land contained in the Maori freehold order of the Maori Land Court dated 10 November 1967.
