Revocation of a Notice Declaring Land Taken for a Metal Pit in Block IV, Makotuka Survey District, Borough of Ohakune Pursuant to section 54 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the warranted officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby revokes the notice dated 29 May 1968, requiring land for a metal pit, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 June 1968 at page 1088, and the said notice shall be void and of no effect as from the date on which it was made.
