Classification of Reserve and Appointment of Te Runaka O Kati Waewae to Control and Manage That Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Department of Conservation, West Coast Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (cultural use) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act and further, appoints Te Runaka O Kati Waewae to control and manage the reserve for that purpose.
