Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Tasman District Council on the 5th day of March 1998: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Tasman District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (war memorial) reserve within the meaning of the said Act''. Schedule Nelson Land District Tasman District 1017 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 6, D.P. 657, situated in Block II, Moutere Survey District. All certificate of title 97/119.
