Second Schedule Otago Land District Dunedin City Description of Easement The rights and powers implied in and attaching to a right of way as set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, under the heading ``Right of Way'', as if the same were fully set out herein. Third Schedule Otago Land District Dunedin City All that piece of land containing 542 square metres, being part River Section 11 (Deeds Plan 344), West Taieri Survey District; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 24336, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin. Fourth Schedule Otago Land District Dunedin City All that piece of land containing 47.3493 hectares, being part River Sections 10, 11 and 12 (Deeds Plan 344), West Taieri Survey District.
