Notice of Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 8019017291 On the 22nd day of September 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Kevin Barry Sheehan of 67A Pine Avenue, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 22 June 1999, following his conviction on the 22nd day of September 1998 for an offence of driving while disqualified, having been previously convicted, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. P. Wolff, has ordered that a Yamaha motorcycle, registration No. 10 NWS owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Hamilton, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Hamilton, by 5 p.m. on the 22nd day of September 1998.
