Dissolution of a Board of Trustees Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Board of Trustees of Awarua School (1005) should not continue in existence by reason of mismanagement, disharmony and lack of action. I hereby dissolve the Awarua School Board of Trustees to take effect from the day after the date of this publication and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to act in its place.
