Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 9th day of January 1998 at the District Court at Hamilton, Frank George Thomson of 499 Bruntwood Road, Cambridge, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months imprisonment following his conviction on a charge of driving while disqualified (2). And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge G. A. Rea, has ordered that a Datsun, registration No. SI 3143 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Frank George Thomson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
