Notice of Granting of an Open Aviation Market Licence Pursuant to section 87u (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Trans World Airlines, Inc., of St Louis, Missouri, United States of America, I have granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights in accordance with the 18 June 1997 Air Transport Agreement between the Government of New Zealand and the Government of the United States of America, for an indefinite term with effect from 12 May 1998.
