Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Ngati Kahungunu O Te Wairoa Amendment Notice 1998 Pursuant to sections 146 and 155 of the Education Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Education, Group Manager, Kathy Smith, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby gives the following notice: N o t i c e 1. This notice may be cited as the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Ngati Kahungunu O Te Wairoa Amendment Notice 1998. 2. The notice entitled ``Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Ngati Kahungunu O Te Wairoa'', published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 May 1996, No. 54, page 1408, is hereby amended by revoking clause 3 and substituting the following clause: ``3. I hereby establish in Wairoa a primary school called Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Ngati Kahungunu O Te Wairoa, and designate the school as a kura kaupapa Maori.'' 3.
