Operational Standards Drug and Alcohol Testing Pursuant to section 10b of the Penal Institutions Act 1954, notice is given that the following operational standards have been issued in relation to drug and alcohol testing in penal institutions: OS-1 Collection of Urine Sample. OS-2 Dispatch, Transportation, Receipt, Laboratory Security, Storage and Disposal. OS-3 Laboratory Analysis of Samples and Communication of Results. OS-4 Random Testing Programmes.
