Notice of Hearing by Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand The Appeals Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand will be hearing an appeal by 1 member against the decision of the disciplinary tribunal on Tuesday, the 11th day of August 1998 at 10.00 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Mercer Room of the institute, Level Two, Cigna House, 40 Mercer Street, Wellington. Under the rules of the institute, hearings of the appeals council will normally be held in public and will be open to the news media.
