Fluid Transport Services Limited WN. 636535 Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Anthony Phillip Galbraith of Fluid Transport Services Limited (``the company''), the registered office of which is at 128 Rostrevor Street, Hamilton, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') for the removal from the Register of Companies. The grounds on which Anthony Phillip Galbraith intends to base his application are that the company: (a) Has ceased to carry on business; (b) Has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors; and (c) Has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
