Notice of Approval of a Scheme Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that on the 14th day of September 1998, the High Court at Wellington approved a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, varying the terms of the trust deed of the Deckston Hebrew Trust.
