In Bankruptcy Peter Joseph Thompson (also known as Peter Foster) The following orders were made in the High Court at Auckland on the 12th day of August 1998: 1. That Peter Joseph Thompson (also known as Peter Foster) (``the bankrupt'') is conditionally discharged from his bankruptcy. 2. That, pursuant to section 111 of the Insolvency Act 1967, the bankrupt is prohibited, for a period of 5 years from the date of this order, from: (i) Entering into or carrying on any business, either alone or in partnership with any person; (ii) Being engaged in the management or control of any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of any of the following persons, namely, his wife; a lineal ancestor or descendent of his; the wife or husband of such an ancestor or descendant; a brother of his; the wife of such a brother; a sister of his; and the husband of such a sister; and (iii) Acting as a director, or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company, or being concerned in the management of any company or class of company. 3.
