Advertisement of Application for Orders Under Section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 Take notice that on Wednesday, the 8th day of April 1998, an application for orders under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of Nationwide Trafalgar Management Limited was filed in the High Court at Nelson. The orders sought are orders: 1. Requiring Nationwide Trafalgar Management Limited to acquire the shares in that company owned by Ian Lindsay Hay, and 2. Directing that the said shares be valued by a chartered accountant as at the 11th day of February 1998, and 3. Directing that Nationwide Trafalgar Management Limited bear the cost of such valuation, and 4. Such other orders as the Court considers to be just and equitable. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on Monday, the 4th day of May 1998 at 10.00 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
