Schedule Docket 98/EXE/20 To Tasman-West Helicopters Limited. On 26 June 1998. From the requirement in Civil Aviation Rule 137.207 that Tasman-West Helicopters Limited continue to employ, engage or contract a senior person as the chief pilot who holds a Grade 1 agricultural rating issued under Part 61. This exemption shall apply until 24 October 1999.
