Waipukurau Chamber of Commerce Incorporated (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Sections 3 and 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 On the 28th day of October 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the Waipukurau Chamber of Commerce Incorporated be liquidated and that Peter Richard Watson, chartered accountant of Watson, Blampied & Partners, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 1998. Please note that the chamber is solvent and is being liquidated for technical reasons so that the surplus assets can be passed on to Waipukurau ``Alive'' Incorporated.
