Hanwood Holdings Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice for Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of August 1998, it was resolved by special resolution of members in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Hanwood Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Doig Digby Smith be appointed liquidator for this purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of August 1998.
