Amendment of a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of February 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 19th day of February 1998, No. 28, page 634, by deleting the words ``Wanganui City Council'' and substituting the words ``Wanganui District Council'' from the heading and recital of that notice.
