I and D Holdings Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that I and D Holdings Limited proposes to amalgamate with IML Holdings Limited and Alliance Textiles. Upon amalgamation I and D Holdings Limited will become the amalgamated company. The date of the proposed amalgamation is 4 July 1997, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of I and D Holdings Limited or any person to whom I and D Holdings Limited is under an obligation at the following registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours: I and D Holdings Limited, Eighth Floor, 5759 Symond Street, Auckland.
