Medlab South Limited Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given by Medlab South Limited of the following amalgamation proposal affecting the company: That the company amalgamate with Medical Laboratory Southland Limited, pursuant to Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993, upon the basis that both companies will continue as a new company called Medlab South Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Medical Laboratory Southland Limited, or any person to whom the company or Medical Laboratory Southland Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies situated at care of SGS Investments Limited, Sixth Floor, Toshiba House, 3 Ferncroft Street, Grafton, Auckland and at the following place: Level Ten, Russell McVeagh McKenzie Bartleet & Co, Tower One, The Shortland Centre, 5153 Shortland Street, Auckland.
