Crown Land Set Apart in Connection With a Road and Land Acquired for Road in Auckland City Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares: (a) Pursuant to section 52 the land described in the Schedule to be set apart in connetion with a road, and (b) Pursuant to section 20 and that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is hereby acquired for road which shall vest in The North Shore City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule North Auckland Land District 365 square metres, being part Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland; shown marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 68465, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
