Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road in Westland District Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in The Westland District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Westland Land District 1.1334 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 4864, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.
