Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and cultural learning centre for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Pinehuia. Schedule South Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XI, Tapapa Survey District and described as follows: Area m Being 7393 Section 53, Block XI, Tapapa Survey District, containing 7393 square metres, more or less, situated on Survey Plan 13645, and being all of the land contained in revesting order of the Court dated the 21st day of April 1997.
