Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of gathering food and for other traditional uses, to be known as Hohaia Pehiriri Paraone Reserve for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Hohaia Pehiriri Paraone. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XIV, Kawakawa Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 1.1490 Motatau 3H2N and 3H2P, being all the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 7 March 1996.
