Reduction in Marginal Strips Pursuant to section 24a (2) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation (a copy of which may be inspected at the Director-General's office), the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby approves the reduction in the width of the marginal strips required on the disposition of the land in the Schedule hereto, to 3 metres.
