Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Otorohanga District Council on the 25th day of June 1996: ``That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Otorohanga District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve, within the meaning of the said Act.'' Schedule South Auckland Land District Otorohanga District 965 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 76702, situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District. All certificate of title 61A/73.
