Road Stopped in Rotorua District Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and now to be known as Section 6, S.O. 59813, and pursuant to section 118, becomes esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in The Rotorua District Council. Schedule South Auckland Land District 21.8500 hectares, adjoining part Paeroa South B2B1 Block, Sections 8, 10 and part 12, Block I, Takapau Survey District, Lot 2, D.P. S. 69599 and Sections 1, 2, 4 and 5, S.O. 59813; as shown marked ``G'' on S.O. Plan 59813, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Dated at Hamilton this 12th day of February 1997. R.
