Order for Striking Off of Name From the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors In the High Court of New Zealand, Wellington Registry M. No. 472/96 In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, and in the matter of Albert Frederick Arthur Orme, barrister of Henderson: Pursuant to section 117 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of July 1996, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows: 1. That the name of Albert Frederick Arthur Orme be struck off the roll. 2. That the practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $74,762 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by that society. 3. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $32,360 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the tribunal. Dated this 27th day of January 1997.
