Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 16th day of October 1997 at the District Court at Huntly, Wayne Joseph Clarke of Rutherford Road, R.D. 1, Taupiri, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months periodic detention following his conviction on a charge of excess breath alcohol twice and careless use causing injury. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge C. N. Tuohy, has ordered that a Nissan Vanette, registration No. UD 7218 owned by the above-named defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
