Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Royal Tongan Airlines Limited of Nuku'alofa, Tonga, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for the capacity on its services to and beyond New Zealand to be determined on the basis of seat equivalents.
