Corrigendum Consent to the Distribution of a Changed Medicine In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 1997, No. 99, page 2329, notice number 5688: (i) amend the entry for Menoprem 2.5 Continuous in respect of the strength for medroxyprogesterone acetate in the 12th line to 2.5 mg. (ii) amend the entry for Premia 5 in respect of the strength for Tablet 2 in the 29th line to conjugated estrogens 0.625 mg, medroxyprogesterone acetate 5 mg. Dated this 30th day of September 1997.
