Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Garuda Indonesia of Jakarta, Indonesia, I have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for it to operate scheduled air services over the routing ``Points in Indonesia, optionally via a point in Australia, to Auckland'', with effect from 26 October 1997.
